Dave, as he likes to be called, was born in Brinnington, always a deprived area of Stockport.
On Monday, 26th of January 2004 Dave moved to 62 Brookside Avenue, Offerton, Stockport SK2 5HR and his home telephone number is 0161 456 4343. Dave himself put all this information previously in the public domain. He was a governor (still is?) of Fairway Primary School and funding was granted from the National Schools Building Fund in the sum of £1.7 million.
In February 2004 Councillor Goddard personally made a trip to Germany to accept £3.8m in funding to help reclaim and redvelop derelict land alongside our lovely rivers.
